AICTE Regional Mentoring Session – Day 2: From Ideation to Execution

Day 2 of the Three-Day Boot Camp (School Innovation Contest) held on 29th January 2026 at New Horizon College of Engineering, Bangalore, shifted focus from ideation to execution. The day opened with a reflective Day 1 alignment, followed by Build–Learn–Measure prototyping sessions where teams built low-fidelity prototypes using rapid feedback loops. Prof. Kalpana Subbaramappa (CeNSE, IISc Bangalore) led two “filtering” journeys to help teams converge on their strongest solution ideas.
The standout session was an “AI in School Innovation” talk by Global Logic experts, covering AI tools, ethics, security, and classroom use cases — sparking active Q&A and reducing participants’ technical hesitation. By day’s end, teams had tangible prototypes, sharper ideas, and greater confidence in applying AI responsibly in education.
