The Department of Computer Science and Engineering organized an Technical Talk on “Overview of Vertica and Analytics Industry” under HP Centre of Excellence for the 6thsem CSE students. The resource Person was Mr. Lokesh Sharma, Sales Director, Vertica – India and SAARC.Mr.Lokesk gave a brief insight on how Vertica is used to manage huge volume of data. He started of the session with Q/A and students answered a few and it was an interactive and interesting lecture.
